How does the activation code work?▾
After subscribing through Paddle, a unique single-use code is emailed to you within 60 seconds. Paste it on the Upgrade page to unlock your plan instantly. Codes are tied to your account email.
Can I switch from Pro Lite to Pro later?▾
Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. You're only charged the difference for the remaining days in your billing period.
What if I don't enter my activation code?▾
Your account stays on Free until you enter the code. Codes expire after 72 hours — contact support@yourhandybook.com with your receipt and we'll resend it within 24 hours.
Does the £9.99/month plan renew automatically?▾
Yes. Pro Lite and Pro both renew every 30 days. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?▾
Yes. Pro Lite is £79/year (saves £41 vs monthly). Pro is £119/year (effectively 2 months free). One annual charge, one activation code for the whole year.
What happens to my invoices if I cancel?▾
Your account moves to Free — nothing is deleted. Pro invoice history on our servers is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then removed.
Do you sell my data?▾
No. We don't sell your data, run ad trackers, or share with marketers. See the Privacy page for details.
What if I'm based outside the UK?▾
Paddle accepts subscribers globally and handles currency conversion + local tax automatically. Listed prices are in GBP.
