Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time, no questions asked

Cancellation should be as easy as subscribing. No dark patterns, no retention loops.

Effective: 1 May 2026

How to cancel

    Open the app
    Sign in to your account.
  2. 2
    Go to Settings → Subscription
    You'll see your current plan, renewal date, and billing history.
  3. 3
    Click Cancel subscription
    One click. You'll get a confirmation email from Paddle immediately.
  4. 4
    Access continues until the end of your paid period
    Cancel on Day 15 of a 30-day period — you keep full access until Day 30.

All refund requests are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your data when you cancel

  • ✓ Your account remains active on the Free plan — nothing is deleted
  • ✓ Any invoices saved in your browser are still accessible
  • ✓ You can resubscribe at any time and immediately regain Pro / Pro Lite access
  • ℹ Invoice history on our servers (Pro feature) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted
  • ℹ Full account deletion on request — all data removed within 30 days
