Cancel any time, no questions asked
Cancellation should be as easy as subscribing. No dark patterns, no retention loops.

How to cancel
- 1Open the appSign in to your account.
- 2Go to Settings → SubscriptionYou'll see your current plan, renewal date, and billing history.
- 3Click Cancel subscriptionOne click. You'll get a confirmation email from Paddle immediately.
- 4Access continues until the end of your paid periodCancel on Day 15 of a 30-day period — you keep full access until Day 30.
Refund policy

| First payment — didn't use the service | ✓ Refund within 7 days | Contact us within 7 days. One refund per customer. |
| Activation code not delivered | ✓ Code resent or refund | Email support with your payment receipt. |
| Subscription renewal — partial month | ✗ Not eligible | Renewal charges are for the full period. Cancel before renewal. |
| Forgot to cancel before renewal | Case-by-case | Contact us within 48 hours of the charge. |
| Annual plan — mid-year cancellation | ✗ Not eligible | Non-refundable after the 7-day window. Access continues until the annual period ends. |
All refund requests are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What happens to your data when you cancel
- ✓ Your account remains active on the Free plan — nothing is deleted
- ✓ Any invoices saved in your browser are still accessible
- ✓ You can resubscribe at any time and immediately regain Pro / Pro Lite access
- ℹ Invoice history on our servers (Pro feature) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted
- ℹ Full account deletion on request — all data removed within 30 days
